No additional shoelaces.

Originally commissioned as a graduation present, this pair was made through a third-party company I was regularly working with at the time.

The shoes were completed but ultimately never delivered after I did not receive payment, leaving this one-off pair in my archive.

They are now being made available for the first time as part of the Archive Sale.

The design is built around a predominantly black upper, with the different leather textures doing most of the work.

Black tumbled leather provides the foundation, while matte black python introduces a completely different scale and texture through the centre panels. Metallic gold is used sparingly across the adidas stripes, piping and smaller accents to break up the black without overpowering it.

The gum Spezial sole finishes the pair with a warmer contrast underneath.
