TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the "YOU choose the path Dunkaroos concept & win a 1 of 1 mini AJ1 Dunkaroo 'sample' collectable" competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2.1 Entry is open to anyone. A worldwide contest.
3.1 The competition commences on Nov 14th, 2021, at 8pm CST and concludes on Nov 19th, 2021, at 8pm CST
3.2 To enter, eligible entrants must complete the competition entry form. Entrants must provide names and a valid email address.
3.3 Eligible entrants (including the winner) in the competition may enter each prize draw only once per email address.
4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out below.
4.2 The prize consists of: a 1 of 1 mini dunkaroo 'sample' collectable made to the equivalent of a size 6C. The prize value is $300 USD
4.3 The winner is not required to be present at the time of the draw. The prize will be sent to the winner's chosen shipping address once it has been made.
5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from those entries that voted on the winning concept. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 The winner's name will be drawn using an online randomiser via an Instagram live draw within 1 week of the voting end date.
5.3 The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, an act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.2 Chase Shiel and The Collab Club will take no responsibility for: a) prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail b) In relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; c) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.3 Chase Shiel & The Collab Club assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.4 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
