A large part of Australia’s east coast has received worldwide coverage for the widespread bushfires that have left tens of thousands fleeing, thousands of homes destroyed, millions of hectares of land burnt, human lives lost, and an estimated half a billion of animals killed or severally injured with many yet to be found.
In light of these devastating bushfires ravaging Australia, Melbourne-based sneaker maker Chase Shiel is donating a pair of his newest custom sneakers for a charity raffle to benefit two organizations: the Victorian CFA @cfavic and Wires Wild Life Rescue @wireswildliferescue. All proceeds from the raffle will go to these charities, who are doing amazing work in the face of unimaginable destruction and danger.
Each ticket is a chance to win a pair of custom ‘Olives’ TS AJ1’s in the winner's choice of size (4-16 US, including half sizes).
The inspiration for this custom is the Air Jordan 6 Retro Travis Scott.
This custom features Japanese olive & black nubuck, alligator reverse swoosh and crisp white leather, and is fully leather lined.
Raffle tickets are $10 an entry or 6 for $50.
The raffle closes January 12th with the winner announced on 16th January.
